And even if we do take it as a parody, i dont think its a very funny one. If it was you wouldnt have people mistaking it for being serious.

Despin is absolutely right about the calling it an fx test because thats essentially all that it is. I admit it must be exciting for you, and I don't mean to patronise you here, to be making a DVD of your own stuff but it seems a bit early in my opinion. Thats my OPINION. At no point in my messages did I disparage you so there is no need to imply that you are more pseudo intelligent than me. Maybe you are, maybe your not, it's got nothing to do with how much I enjoyed the film.
And it's somewhat childish to dismiss my point about the 180 degree rule becasue you are not making "highbrow" film. I'm not going to go into explaining it right now but you would do well to at least read up on the subject. I'm not saying that by any means you must always follow this rule but in this sort of action, continually crossing the line to have them shooting opposite ways just confuses the viewer.
Remember we are only trying to help you here. To make your films better. We are not jealous or trying to put you down.

I'm not complaining about valid opinions. They are your opinions. That's fine. All I was saying is that your reasons for hating the film would suggest that some of you didn't quite get the point. That's fine too. It may well be that you need to experience the DVD as a whole to fully understand what we are doing here, it is truly a composite work. Andy, we have never taken the 180 degree rule lightly in the past 4 years and don't plan to. At no point during the gunfight is the line crossed unintentionally or wrongly. But thanks for that too. I should point out that three professional, industry camera operators have viewed the film and could only offer praise. I am not saying that arrogantly or with any real argumentative undertone, its just a fact. This particular film convinced a production company to pay for us to work in Hollywood in the spring, so there must be something in it. The DVD release has been carefully planned and thought out for 9 months, it has been based on local and national interest, which is why we are releasing it now. Beloved monster, I would like to congratulate you on your grades. Thanks for all your comments. I apologise if I offended anyone.
I enjoyed seeing the FX and everything... I don't understand at all how the thing is a parody.. apart from the fact they're fighting for 6 dollars... explain why its a parody??

Parody was the wrong word to use.
ok vlad, The film is a comical look at intuition. I'm sure you're extremely intelligent. There really isn't much to explain. I should add for Andy that the gun fight also needed to look just a little confusing, so that you can never work out who dies at the end.
